Route Step Wellness also offers clinical counseling services including intensive individual pscyhotherapy packages and group therapy programs. These clinical services are custom tailored for the needs of each guest to support mental and emotional health goals and are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. 

Specialty Modalities include Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Mindful Eco Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy,  Narrative Art Therapy, and Somatic & Embodiment Work.
